Terms of Service
Defining the professional boundaries and commitments of SHINIT AI's B2B automation services.
1. The Agreement
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and SHINIT AI. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these conditions.
AI Limitation of Liability
"Generative AI is a probability-based technology. While SHINIT AI strives for 99% accuracy, the Client acknowledges that AI 'hallucinations' are a technical reality."
SHINIT AI is not liable for incorrect pricing, false availability claims, or erroneous business advice provided by the AI agent to the Client's customers.
The Client is responsible for regularly auditing the AI's "Training Base" and chat logs to ensure brand alignment.
2. Financial Commitments
Currency & Payments
All fees are in KES. M-Pesa is our primary payment channel. Setup fees are non-refundable after the "Knowledge Ingestion" phase starts.
Service Suspension
Accounts with overdue balances (>72 hours) will be automatically suspended. Reactivation fees may apply.
3. Platform Governance
We operate within the ecosystems of Meta and OpenAI. The Client must comply with:
Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the Laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved through the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA).
